Delicious and filling ham macaroni casserole, perfect for a family meal. Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
- 400 g macaroni - 500 g diced ham
- 1 small piece of blue cheese
- 8 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
3. In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni, diced ham, and crumbled blue cheese.
4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Pour the milk mixture over the macaroni mixture and stir well.
6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
