A creamy and flavorful baked mushroom and macaroni dish that’s perfect for a cozy dinner. Preparation time: 15 minutes

Serving size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon aromatic salt
- 200 g mushrooms (e.g., button mushrooms)
- 200 g dark or regular macaroni
- 6 dl milk
- Salt to taste
- 1 bag mixed frozen vegetables
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
Instructions:
1. Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
3. Sauté the mushrooms in butter in a skillet until they are soft.
4. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, aromatic salt, additional salt, white pepper, and frozen vegetable mix.
5. Combine the cooked macaroni and sautéed mushrooms with the egg and milk mixture.
6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
