Delicious ham and cheese rolls made quickly with croissant dough, perfect for a snack or as a party appetizer. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 8 rolls
Ingredients:
- 1 package croissant dough - 100 g cream cheese with bell pepper and onion
- 150 g sliced smoked ham
- 100 g shredded cheese (such as Emmental or mozzarella)
- Sriracha sauce to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).2. Roll out the croissant dough into a flat sheet and spread the cream cheese evenly over it.
3. Sprinkle the sliced smoked ham and shredded cheese over the cream cheese.
4. Add Sriracha sauce according to your taste.
5. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut it into about 8 pieces.
6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
