Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp salt- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 0.25 tsp paprika
- 3 dl grated cheese
- 200 g ham strips
- 25 g margarine
- 1 dl cream
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 dl water
- 1 dl milk
- 4 slices of blue cheese
- flour (as needed)
Instructions
1. Mix the margarine with flour until crumbly, then add water to form a smooth dough.2. Grease a pie dish and press the dough into the dish, including the sides.
3. Pre-bake the dough for 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
5. Add the ham strips, grated cheese, and chopped bell pepper to the mixture.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust.
7. Crumble blue cheese on top of the filling.
8. Bake the pie for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
