A simple and nutritious whole grain bread recipe perfect for busy days. Ideal for breakfast or as a snack.Preparation Time: 50 minutes
Serving Size: 1 loaf
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 dl milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 3 dl whole grain graham flour
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F).
2. Grease a loaf pan (approximately 20 x 11 x 6 cm).
3. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, rolled oats, graham flour, salt, and baking powder).
4. Pour the dry ingredients together and add the sour cream and milk.
5. Mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
6. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes, until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
8. Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
