Ingredients:

- 200 g quinoa
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 150 g feta cheese
- 100 g green beans
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Allow to cool.
2. Peel and dice the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
3. Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and cool.
4. Combine all the vegetables, quinoa, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
5. In a separate bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
