Ingredients:

- 2 dl rolled oats
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., raisins or apricots)
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 dl peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nuts, dried fruits, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Add the honey and peanut butter to the mixture and stir well until combined.
4. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread it out evenly.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until the edges are golden brown.
6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before cutting into bars.
7. Store the bars in an airtight container.
