A delightful grilled broccolini recipe perfect for summer meals.

Ingredients:
- 500 g broccolini
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat a grill pan over medium heat.
2. Rinse the broccolini and cut it into smaller pieces if desired.
3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add the broccolini to the marinade and toss well to coat all pieces.
5. Place the broccolini on the grill pan and grill for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and slightly tender.
6. Squeeze lemon juice over the top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
7. Serve immediately while warm.
