A rich and flavorful tomato sauce perfect for pasta, pizza, or any dish of your choice. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g crushed tomatoes
- 400 g diced tomatoes
- 50 g tomato paste
- 2 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
3. Stir in the crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and tomato paste. Mix well.
4. Pour in the water and stir to combine.
5. Season with salt, sugar, oregano, basil, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
6. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt or sugar if needed.
8. Serve the sauce over pasta, on pizza, or with your favorite dish.
