Ingredients:
- 4 slices of whole grain bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 100 g cream cheese
- 1 tomato
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
2. Boil the eggs to your desired doneness (about 6-8 minutes).
3. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the flesh with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Slice the tomato.
5. Spread cream cheese on top of the toasted bread.
6. Add the mashed avocado and tomato slices on top of the bread.
7. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them in half. Place the halves on top of the bread.
8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
