Zucchini Pasta for Summer Gatherings

A delicious and light zucchini pasta dish, perfect as a side for summer celebrations. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchinis - 250 g pasta (such as spaghetti or fusilli)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml cream
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a bit of the cooking water. 2. Rinse the zucchinis and slice them into thin strips or rounds.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté briefly.
4. Add the zucchinis to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
5. Pour in the cream and mix well. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and combine all ingredients. If needed, add reserved cooking water for a pleasant consistency.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
8. Serve the dish garnished with fresh basil.
