Description: A refreshing and creamy nut-based beverage perfect for warm days.
Preparation Time: 4 hours (for soaking) + 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl nuts (e.g. cashews or almonds)
- 4 dl water
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Ice (optional)
Instructions:
1. Soak the nuts in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2. Rinse the soaked nuts thoroughly.
3. Add the nuts, water, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
4. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
5. Strain the drink through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a silky texture.
6. Serve chilled over ice if desired, and enjoy the refreshing flavor!
