- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion

- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or parsley)
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the zucchini, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.2. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the red onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2-3 minutes.
