Ingredients:
- 200 g green lettuce (e.g., romaine or iceberg)
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 100 g feta cheese
- 50 g olives (black or green)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the green lettuce and tear it into bite-sized pieces in a bowl.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the salad.
3. Peel and slice the cucumber, then add it to the bowl.
4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, slice it, and add it to the salad.
5. Crumble the feta cheese over the salad and add the olives.
6. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the summer flavors!
