A delicious creamy pasta dish featuring flavorful fish, perfect for utilizing leftover cooked fish.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g cooked fish (e.g., salmon or cod)
- 150 g tofu
- 200 ml cooking cream (or plant-based cream)
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until soft.
3. Add crumbled tofu to the skillet and sauté for a few minutes until the tofu is slightly golden.
4. Pour in the cooking cream and mix well. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
