Ingredients:
- 250 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 150 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 50 g olives (black or green), sliced
- 100 ml salad dressing (e.g., balsamic or olive oil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
2. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: dice the bell pepper and cucumber, and halve the cherry tomatoes.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives.
4. Add the salad dressing and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
