*Delicious and healthy boiled chicken thighs with a mix of vegetables.*

Ingredients:
- ½-1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 piece of celery
- 1 pack of plain Kariniemen chicken thighs (3 pieces)
- A bit of chopped white cabbage (if available)
- 1 small carrot (or half of a large one)
- About 1 tsp Rajamäki dark balsamic dressing
- Black pepper from the grinder (or ground)
- 1 large mushroom (or 2-3 smaller ones)
- 1 chopped tomato
Instructions:
1. Place the chicken thighs in a pot and add enough water to cover them.
2. Add paprika powder, celery, chopped white cabbage, carrot, balsamic dressing, and black pepper to the pot.
3. Boil the thighs on low heat for about 30-40 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
4. Add sliced mushrooms and chopped tomato in the last 10 minutes of cooking.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
6. Serve hot, for example, with boiled vegetables.
