Ingredients:
- 1 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl milk
- 1 dl water (optional)
- A pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
1. Pour the rolled oats into a saucepan.
2. Add the milk and water to the saucepan.
3. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Cook the porridge for about 5-10 minutes until it reaches the desired consistency.
5. If desired, add a pinch of salt for flavor.
6. Allow the porridge to cool slightly before serving to the baby.
7. Serve plain or you can add fruit purees for extra flavor.
