A delicious Finnish-style burger made with juicy beef patties, melted cheese, and fresh toppings.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- Lettuce
- Tomatoes
- Ketchup
- Mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into four patties.
3. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Place a slice of cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
5. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce on the bottom half of the bun, adding the cheesy patty, sliced tomatoes, ketchup, and mayonnaise.
6. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
