A hearty and flavorful meal featuring grilled portobello mushrooms, beef or turkey patties, and fresh toppings.

Serving Size: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 large portobello mushrooms
- 250 g ground beef (or turkey)
- 2 fresh fish fillets (e.g., salmon or perch)
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- Salad leaves (e.g., iceberg lettuce or arugula)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) or heat a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Remove the stems from the portobello mushrooms and clean them if needed.
3. Season the ground meat with salt and pepper, and shape it into two patties.
4. Fry the patties in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
5. Sauté the portobello mushrooms in oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.
6. If using fish, fry it separately in oil for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked.
7. Prepare the toppings by slicing the avocado and tomato.
8. Assemble the burgers by layering the cooked portobello mushroom, patty or fish, salad leaves, avocado, and tomato.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
