Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 100 ml cooking cream
- 100 ml grated cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft.2. Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Heat the oil in a pan and add the onions. Sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Drain the boiled potatoes and mash them. Mix in the cooking cream and grated cheese.
5. Combine the meat mixture with the potato mash and stir well.
6. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
