Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Stir in the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and zucchini. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
