Ingredients:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
3. Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the creamy sauce.
