Ingredients:

- 2 dl blini flour (or buckwheat flour)
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl water
- 1 egg
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 packet dry yeast (or 25 g fresh yeast)
- Butter for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the blini flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast together.
2. Gradually add the milk and water to the mixture, stirring well.
3. Add the egg and mix until the batter is smooth.
4. Allow the batter to rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
5. Heat a frying pan and add some butter.
6. Pour enough batter into the pan to cover the surface thinly.
7. Fry the blini for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
9. Serve the blinis warm with sour cream, onions, and caviar.
