Ingredients:

- 2 dl blini flour
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry yeast
- 1 avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 100 g smoked bacon
- 1/2 dl sour cream
- 1/2 dl fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together blini flour, milk, water, egg, salt, sugar, and dry yeast. Let the batter rest for about 15 minutes.
2. Peel and mash the avocado. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
3. Cook the blinis in a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides. Keep the blinis warm.
4. In the same pan, cook the smoked bacon until crispy. Add sour cream and fresh cilantro, and mix well.
5. Serve the blinis topped with avocado spread and the smoked bacon ragu.
