Delicious and sweet chocolate blinis, a perfect dessert served with ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Ingredients:

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 dl milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 g melted butter
- 100 g dark chocolate (melted)
- Ice cream (e.g., vanilla or chocolate)
- Chocolate sauce

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add the milk and eggs to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth.
3. Fold in the melted butter and melted chocolate, mixing well.
4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
5. Pour a small amount of batter onto the pan to form small blinis.
6. Cook each blini for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and golden brown.
7. Serve the warm chocolate blinis topped with ice cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce.
