A beautiful and delicious salad that brings the festive spirit and color to your table.

Ingredients:
- 100 g Christmas rose leaves
- 1 dl cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse the Christmas rose leaves and gently dry them.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the cucumber.
3. Slice the red onion into thin rings.
4. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
5. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
6. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy the beautiful and delicious Jouluruusu Salad!
