Salmon Burger

Description: A delicious salmon burger made with fresh salmon fillet and served with tangy lemon mayonnaise and crunchy cucumbers. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 1 malt bread bun
- Butter for frying
For the Salmon Patties:
- 500 g skinless and boneless salmon fillet
- 1 dl cream
- 2 egg whites
- Fresh dill (or chives)
- Pepper
- Salt
For Serving:
- Crunchy pickles
- Lemon mayonnaise
Instructions:
1. Use cold ingredients from the fridge. Cut the salmon into small cubes.
2. Mix all the salmon patty ingredients and puree the mixture with an immersion blender or food processor.
3. Wet your hands and form patties directly onto the frying pan.
4. Fry the patties in butter over medium heat for about 5 minutes, flipping occasionally, until cooked through.
5. Using a wine glass, cut the malt bread into round pieces.
6. Fry the bread slices in butter on the pan until golden brown.
7. Assemble the burger with your desired toppings, such as crunchy pickles and lemon mayonnaise.
