Ingredients:
- 500 g capellini pasta
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1.5 red chilies
- Olive oil for frying
- 400 g thawed shrimp
- 1 package Valio Viola chili cream cheese
- Zest of one lemon
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Arugula for garnish
Instructions:
1. Thaw the shrimp completely.
2. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
3. Clean and chop the chili in the same way.
4. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water, reducing the cooking time by one-third.
5. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chili and garlic for a moment.
6. Add the thawed shrimp to the pan and heat through.
7. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan.
8. Add the lemon zest and toss well.
9. Incorporate the chili cream cheese and stir until melted.
10. Add cream, season with salt and black pepper, and heat through.
11. Garnish with arugula leaves and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
