Ingredients:
- Salmon fillet, approximately 6 inches long
- Salt
- Fresh dill sprigs
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½-1 tablespoon mustard
Instructions:
1. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and season with salt.
2. Sprinkle fresh dill over the top of the salmon.
3. In a bowl, mix together the sour cream and mustard, then spread the mixture over the salmon.
4. Evenly distribute the shrimp on top of the sour cream-mustard mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
6. Serve warm, ideally with potatoes or a salad on the side.
