A delicious and hearty cauliflower soup, perfect for warming up on cold days. It's easy and quick to prepare, suitable for both everyday meals and special occasions.

Ingredients:
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 2 cups cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Heat the butter in a pot and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
3. Clean and chop the cauliflower. Add it to the pot and sauté for a moment.
4. Pour the vegetable broth into the pot and cook until the cauliflower is soft, about 10-15 minutes.
5. Blend the soup with an immersion blender or in a regular blender until smooth.
6. Add the cream and season with salt and black pepper. Heat the soup again, but do not boil.
7. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley.
