Ingredients:
- 1 diced seedless red chili pepper
- 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1 can tomato paste (approximately 140 g)
- 400 g canned crushed tomatoes
- 5 peeled garlic cloves, minced
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- (a few drops of sweetener, optional)
Instructions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
