A delicious and moist dish made from low-carbohydrate ingredients, showcasing the rich flavors of liver. A perfect alternative to traditional liver casseroles.

Serving Size: 4-6

Ingredients:

- 500 g liver (e.g., beef or lamb)
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl potato fiber
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 3 eggs
- 2 dl water

Instructions:

1. Prepare the liver: finely chop the liver and onion.
2. Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onion until soft. Add the chopped liver and cook until done.
3. In a bowl, mix together the heavy cream, potato fiber, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and eggs.
4. Add the cooked liver and onions to the mixture and stir well.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and add water on top.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 45-60 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
7. Let it cool slightly before serving.
