A refreshing cranberry lemonade perfect for hot days.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 6-8 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl sugar
- 2 dl water
- 1/2–1 dl cranberry juice (concentrate)
- 3 dl freshly squeezed lemon juice (about six lemons)
- 7–10 dl water or sparkling water
- Ice
- Mint leaves or cranberries (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.
2. Allow the sugar syrup to cool.
3. Squeeze the juice from the lemons and add it to the cooled sugar syrup.
4. Stir in the cranberry juice.
5. Add chilled water or sparkling water to taste.
6. Serve the drink over ice and garnish with mint leaves or cranberries.
