Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 ml milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture and mix well.
4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Pour the milk into the batter and mix well.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
