Delicious cinnamon rolls that bring the spirit of Christmas into your kitchen. They are soft, fragrant, and perfect for enjoying with hot cocoa.
Preparation Time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 rolls

Ingredients:

- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 100 ml milk
- 200 ml water
- 25 g fresh yeast
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 50 ml melted butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp sugar (for filling)
- Butter (for greasing)

Instructions:

1. Warm the milk and water until lukewarm. Crumble the yeast into the liquid and stir until dissolved.
2. Add sugar, salt, cardamom, and melted butter. Mix well.
3. Gradually add the flour to the mixture. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until it is elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough into a flat sheet and spread butter on top. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar evenly over the surface.
6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into pieces about 3 cm thick.
7. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake the rolls for about 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown.
9. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
