Serving Size: 12 pies
Ingredients:
- 250 g fresh spinach - 150 g feta cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pack ready-made pie crust
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dill sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Sauté over medium heat until soft. 2. Add crushed garlic and spinach to the pan. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
3. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in feta, cream, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Roll out the ready-made pie crust and cut into circles. Place the dough circles in a muffin tin.
5. Fill the dough circles with the spinach-feta mixture.
6. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for about 20-25 minutes or until the pies are golden brown.
7. Let cool slightly before serving and garnish with dill if desired.
