Ingredients:
- 700 g Karelian stew meat
- 1 liter water
- 2 onions
- 1 rutabaga
- 3 carrots
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions:
1. Brown the Karelian stew meat in a pan until golden brown.
2. Peel and chop the onions, rutabaga, and carrots into cubes.
3. Place the browned meat and chopped vegetables in a baking dish.
4. Add water and season with black pepper and salt.
5. Cover the dish and place it in the oven. Let it cook at 200-225 degrees Celsius for about 1-2 hours, until the meat is tender.
