Ingredients:
- 500 g lamb tenderloin - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 ml red wine
Instructions:
1. Take the lamb tenderloin out of the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Season the tenderloins with salt, pepper, crushed garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
4. Add the tenderloins to the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they are beautifully golden brown.
5. Pour the red wine into the skillet and let it simmer for a moment until the liquid slightly reduces.
6. Remove the tenderloins from the skillet and let them rest under foil for about 5 minutes before slicing.
7. Serve sliced with your choice of side dishes.
