Ingredients:
- 400 g lamb roast, sliced - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 naan breads
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1 cup tzatziki
Instructions:
1. Slice the lamb roast into thin strips. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the lamb strips and cook for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked through.
