Spicy Giant Prawns and Blue Mussels in White Wine Butter Sauce

*Delicious seafood dish served with fresh bread. Preparation time: 20 minutes. Serves: 4.*Ingredients:
- Fresh bread- 400 g giant prawns
- 500 g blue mussels
- 2 dl white wine
- 100 g butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.2. Add the crushed garlic cloves to the pan and sauté until golden brown.
3. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the blue mussels and cover the pan with a lid. Cook until the mussels open (approximately 5-7 minutes).
5. Add the giant prawns to the pan and cook for a few more minutes until the prawns are warmed through.
6. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
7. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top before serving.
8. Serve warm with fresh bread.
