A delightful summer dish that combines delicious chanterelles and cold-smoked salmon. Perfect as a side for new potatoes or pasta. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- ½-1 liter of chanterelles- ½ tablespoon of butter
- 200 ml of heavy cream
- About 100 g of cold-smoked salmon
- Chives, chopped
Instructions:
1. Clean and chop the chanterelles.2. Heat the butter in a pan and add the chanterelles. Sauté until the moisture from the mushrooms evaporates.
3. Pour the cream into the pan and simmer the sauce over low heat until it thickens slightly.
4. Add the cold-smoked salmon to the sauce and bring it to a gentle boil once more.
5. Finish the sauce with the chopped chives and serve warm.
