Ingredients:
- 1 cup Arborio rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt, to taste
- White pepper, to taste
- 4 cups chicken broth (or water)
Instructions:
1. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until it's fully cooked and golden brown.
3. Stir in the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are soft.
4. Add the Arborio rice to the pan and cook for a minute until the rice becomes slightly translucent.
5. Gradually pour in the chicken broth, stirring constantly, until the rice is creamy and al dente.
6. Season with salt and white pepper according to your taste.
