Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 dl Hot-Hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley) for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. In a bowl, mix the Hot-Hot sauce, melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
4. Add the chicken wings to the sauce and mix well to coat all wings evenly.
5. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the wings are golden brown and crispy. Flip the wings halfway through cooking.
