Ingredients

For the Skewers:
- 1 kg boneless chicken breasts
- 3 packs of prosciutto (about 15 large slices)
- 30 sage leaves
For the Marinade:
- 100 ml olive oil
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp salt (to be added at the end of marinating)
For the Salad:
- 200 g goat cheese
- 300 g fresh strawberries
- 1 pack mixed salad greens
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breasts into pieces of about 30 g each.
2. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, and minced garlic.
3. Marinate the chicken pieces in the marinade for at least 6-12 hours. Add 2 tsp of salt at the end of marinating.
4. Remove the chicken from the marinade, wrap each piece in prosciutto, and place a sage leaf on top of each piece.
5. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked.
6. For the salad, combine the mixed salad greens, sliced strawberries, and crumbled goat cheese. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
7. Serve the chicken skewers alongside the salad.
