Ingredients:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 1 dl milk
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized cubes.
2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are soft (about 15-20 minutes).
3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
4. Add the butter and milk, then mash the potatoes until smooth.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
6. Serve immediately while warm.
