A delicious and nutritious mashed potato dish infused with kale, making it a perfect side or main course. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 600 g potatoes
- 200 g kale
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water for about 15-20 minutes until soft.
2. Rinse the kale and remove the tough stems. Cut the kale into small pieces.
3. Add the kale to the pot with the potatoes for the last 5 minutes of cooking until the kale is tender.
4. Drain the potatoes and kale. Return them to the pot.
5. Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Mash until smooth using a potato masher or immersion blender.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately.
