Basil Mashed Potatoes with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

A simple yet delicious mashed potato dish infused with fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect as a side for any main course.

Ingredients:

- 800 g potatoes
- 50 g butter
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl finely chopped fresh basil
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water for about 20 minutes until tender.
2. Drain the cooked potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
3. Add the butter and milk to the potatoes. Mash until smooth.
4. Stir in the chopped basil and sun-dried tomatoes.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
6. Serve immediately while warm.
