- 500 g waxy potatoes (e.g., Siikli or Akseli)
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml whole milk

Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until soft, about 20-25 minutes.
2. Drain the cooked potatoes and let them steam dry for a moment.
3. Mash the potatoes until smooth using a potato masher or electric mixer.
