A creamy and rich mashed potato dish, perfect as a side for any meal.

Ingredients:
- 1 kg Van Gogh potatoes
- 3 onions
- 0.5 liters of red milk
- 50-70 g butter
- 2 teaspoons dill
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks.
2. Place the potatoes in a pot and add enough water to cover them. Boil until the potatoes are soft, about 15-20 minutes.
3. Peel and finely chop the onions. Sauté the onions in butter in a pan until golden brown.
4. Drain the potatoes and mash them in a bowl.
5. Add the red milk to the mashed potatoes and mix well until creamy.
6. Stir in the sautéed onions and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Serve warm.
